SP Vibrating Feeder

Working Principle

The SP series vibrating feeder uses a vibration motor as the excitation source. Two vibration motors are placed at the rear or side of the trough. Its working principle is that the two vibration motors rotate in opposite directions. When the motors rotate, the eccentric blocks at both ends of the motors generate exciting forces, driving the equipment to perform reciprocating linear vibrations in the tilt direction of the feeding trough. When the component of the trough vibration acceleration is greater than the component of the gravity acceleration in the vertical direction, the material in the trough is thrown up and jumps forward along the trajectory of a parabola. Every time the trough vibrates, the material is thrown up once. In this way, the material continuously jumps forward at the vibration frequency of the trough, so that the material is slowly pushed from the feeding end to the discharging end, achieving the purpose of feeding.
