  HGT Gyratory Crusher has a heavy-duty framework, an integrated large-dimension axis and high-precision bearings, so, undoubtedly, it has higher strength and longer service life, allowing it to work continuously and safely under high intensity. The heavy-duty framework can adapt any severe working situation while the integrally-forged axis and moving cone eliminate the risks that the cone gets loose during operation, which further shortens the downtime. The locking screw thread of the moving cone is on the replaceable axis bushing, not on the axis. In this way, the axis is free from stress concentration, and the strength can be higher.

• Simpler Operation and Maintenance

  We specially equip HGT with automated lubricating and hydraulic system, which can choose heating, cooling or circulation automatically according to specific production conditions. The configured automated axis' position controlling system can control the axis through the hydraulic system. It can help adjust the opening of the discharge port freely. Through the external gear adjustment device, the side clearance of gear can get adjusted easily. The beam bushing and sealing can be replaced without dismantling the beam.

It is equipped with various types of sensors to monitor the lubrication pressure and temperature, the bearing temperature, the rotation speed and the axis' position, a PLC as well as a touch screen. Besides, the automated control system can also optimize the working parameters of configured devices according to actual operation conditions to increase production efficiency.
