Project Overview

Project introduction

The project is located in Chongqing New District. The system mainly produces fine sand and gravel aggregates. The process flow and site planning, construction and installation involved are all packaged and completed by Henan Red Star Machinery.

The system processes river pebbles. The crushed raw materials are pre-screened by the grizzly feeder. The materials smaller than 600mm are first separated and then directly transported to the single-cylinder cone crusher for crushing through belt conveyor. The stones larger than 600mm are first crushed by the jaw crusher and then transported to the single-cylinder cone crusher for medium crushing by the belt conveyor. After medium crushing, the pebbles smaller than 35mm enter the 0926 sand making and shaping machine for sand processing, and the stones larger than 35mm are transported back to the single-cylinder cone crusher for heavy crushing by the return belt. The pebbles processed by the sand making and shaping machine are cleaned to become fine sand and gravel products. The system is built and installed with a fully modular structure. The system process is simple and smooth, which shortens the construction period and effectively saves investment costs.

The production line is tailored according to customer needs and site restrictions, with a reasonable process layout and compact structure. It adopts the sand making process design of "HD German version jaw crusher single cylinder hydraulic cone crushing + sand making and shaping machine" to meet users' needs for high-quality sand and gravel aggregates. The workshop is fully enclosed to avoid environmental pollution and meet environmental protection requirements. A full set of intelligent control systems ensures smooth and reliable operation of the system.

In the crushing of high-hardness rock materials, cone crushers are often used in the second-stage crushing process due to their large crushing ratio, durable parts, low production costs and excellent crushing capacity. After crushing, a large proportion of aggregates are formed into round particles with uniform particle size.

The single-cylinder cone crusher simplifies the hydraulic cylinder design structure, increases the strength of wear-resistant parts, and introduces advanced hydraulic control gap iron passing technology. It is often used for coarse, medium and fine crushing of various hard rock materials with Mohs hardness above 7 or 8, such as Huanggang, pebbles, quartz, basalt, diabase, gold ore, iron ore, etc. Because of its high cost performance, it has always been favored by Red Star customers, so it is widely used in various ore crushing, railways, highways, and the production of artificial sand and gravel in the construction industry.
